Delavan Man Injured in Camper Fire on Friday

Friday evening the Faribault County Sheriff’s office received a call reporting a camper fire in the City of Delavan. Winnebago Man Charged With Molesting a Vulnerable Adult

A Winnebago man is accused of sexually assaulting a vulnerable adult know to him. Sixty two year old Wayne Curtis Oswald was charged last week in Faribault County Court with two counts of felony criminal sexual conduct.
