2 Juveniles and 1 Adult Escape Injuries in Saturday Afternoon Rollover in Kiester

Saturday Afternoon, just before 2pm, the Faribault County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a single vehicle rollover in Kiester, in an alley near North St and Main St, by the City Park.  It was also reported that the vehicles occupants were trapped inside the vehicle.

According to the Sheriff’s Department, the 2011 Hyundai Sonata turned into the alley off of North Street and headed south.  The juvenile female driver, from Madison Lake, lost control of the vehicle and drove up the guide wire of a nearby utility pole.  The vehicle then rolled over onto the driver’s side between the wire and the pole.

The driver and 2 passengers, a juvenile male from Good Thunder and 51 year old Chad Fure of Kiester, were sustained no injuries in the accident.

The vehicle was rolled back over and driven away from the scene with significant damage.

Assisting the Sheriff’s Department at the scene were the Kiester Fire Department, Kiester Amublance and the Wells Police Department.
