Iowa Man Suffers Injuries in Accident South of Kiester

Martin County Resident Dies from COVID-19

On Tuesday, the Minnesota Department of Health confirmed the death of a Martin County resident from COVID-19. The resident was between 60-64 years old, according to the Department of Health. The person was among 22 COVID-19 deaths reported statewide on Tuesday, raising the state’s pandemic death toll to 8,581.read more »

MN & Iowa Farmers Making Good Harvest Progress

Field Conditions allowed for the rapid harvest of crops throughout Minnesota last week, according to the USDA, as 4.8 days were rated suitable for fieldwork. Wells City Council Approves Conditional Use Permit for Jake’s Pizza

Funeral Services for William “Bill” Murphy, age 82, of Chaska, will be Friday, October 22nd, at 11am, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Blue Earth.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the Church on Friday Morning.  Bill Murphy died Friday, October 15th.read more »
