An Easton man accused of threatening store workers in North Mankato served jail time and received probation after pleading down to a disorderly conduct charge.
Sixty three year old Steven Scott Gray previously faced a felony threats of violence case before pleading guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct last week in Nicollet County District Court.
A criminal complaint alleged Gray made the threats after disputing charges on his account at the store in September. He reportedly previously had a dispute with a similar store in Shakopee.
Gray served 46 days in jail and will have another 44 days stayed for one year while he serves probation, according to a sentencing order. Terms of his probation will include no contact with the victim and successful completion of a veterans court program.
