The Faribault County Board of Commissioners held the Truth and Taxation Hearing on Tuesday evening and after the hearing concluded, the board set the 2024 budget and levy.
Commissioner Bruce Anderson says the County for 2024 will be $43,494,438.
Anderson says the board has been working on the budget since June. With the County auditor and county department heads.
With the budget and levy now finalized, Faribault County residents will see the tax levy set at 16.4% for 2024.
