MN & Iowa Soybean Harvests Nearly Complete According to the USDA

The USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service released the Crop Progress report for Minnesota and Iowa for the week ending November 12th.  Fall fieldwork, including harvest, tillage and fertilizer and manure applications was wrapping up.

In Minnesota, the corn crop harvested for grain reached 93% and moisture content at harvest averaged 17%.

Iowa’s corn crop harvested for grain reached 94% and moisture content at harvest averaged 16%.

Both Minnesota and Iowa’s soybean harvests are nearly complete.
