On Saturday, we honor our Veterans on Veterans Day. Because the holiday falls on a Saturday this year, area schools will hold their respective Veterans Day programs on Friday.
United South Central will hold their program at 9am, Blue Earth Area will hold two programs, one at 10:30am at the High School, with the other at 2pm at the Elementary/Middle School.
Genesis Classical Academy will hold their program Friday afternoon at 1:30pm at Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Winnebago. Granada-Huntley-East Chain will also have their program at 1:30pm.
KBEW AM 1560 and 95.3 FM will broadcast the BEA program at 10:30am, as well as the Genesis Classical Academy program at 1:30pm.
Everyone is encouraged to attend a Veterans Day program to honor the many Veterans in our area.
