One person was injured in a two vehicle accident in Blue Earth on Tuesday evening.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol at approximately 5:32pm, a 2015 Dodge Caravan driven by 67 year old Mary Josephine Greeley of Blue Earth and a 2013 Chevy Silverado, driven by 31 year old Sierra Rochelle Skweres of Fairmont, were both southbound on Highway 169 when the vehicles made contact near Giant Drive.
Greely was transported to United Hospital District with non life threatening injuries.
Skweres and her passenger, 34 year old Patricia Lee Brakke, of Truman, were not injured.
Blue Earth Fire Department, Blue Earth Police Department, Faribault County Sheriff’s Office and the UHD Ambulance assisted at the scene.
