Faribault County FSA Director Reminds Producers to Check CRP Acres

Producers participating in CRP are encouraged to take a look at their CRP acres to make sure that they are in compliance before the winter weather hits.

Faribault County FSA Executive Director Nicki Miranowski says there have been issues this year with volunteer trees and reminds producers that no trees allowed on CRP land.

With harvest wrapping up, Miranowski says now is a good time to check the CRP and be aware of any weed or tree problems that can be taken care of yet this fall or right away in the spring.

Producers with questions about their CRP acres can contact or stop by the FSA Office for assistance.
