This week Faribault and Martin Counties will be holding pesticide container recycling. This if for clean, empty pesticide containers only.
Collection in Martin County will be held Tuesday, form 9am-1pm, with drop off at the Martin County Highway Department in Fairmont and in Faribault County on Thursday from 9am to 1pm at the Faribault County Highway Department in Blue Earth.
Residents are reminded that only containers made of #2 HDPE plastic are accepted. Be sure containers are clean and dry, remove labels and caps and no mini bulk containers, barrels or pails.
