Back in December of 2021, United Hospital District and Clinics purchase the land and buildings from Dulcimer Medical Center of Fairmont, with plant to occupy the space by March 1st, 2024.
Director of Ambulance Services Ted Armon says UHD decided that an expansion of Dulcimer would be in order to allow UHD to offer more services to meet the needs of the community. The expansion will be added to the south of the current building.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion will be held at 8am on Thursday.
