A Funeral Service for Emily Minkel, age 86, of Mapleton, will be Tuesday, August 29th, at 10:30am, at St. Teresa Catholic Church in Mapleton. Visitation will be Monday, from 4-7pm at the Church and will continue one hour prior to the service at the Church on Tuesday morning. Emily Minkel died August 22nd, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.
