A Fairmont man was arrested last week in connection with a domestic disturbance outside Fairmont Foods.
Shortly after 3:50pm on August 7th, Fairmont Police received a report that a man and woman were arguing outside the business that ended up being a domestic incident. The called noted that the party has or had a gun, though no gun was seen, only threatened.
The man fled the scene before officers arrived and was found a short time later. Jose Luis Alvarado Rubero of Fairmont was taken into custody and charged with Felony Terroristic Threats and Misdemeanor Domestic Assault.
