The City of Wells is happy to announce that the Wells Citizen Problem Reporter is now up and running on the city website.
Wells residents can just click on “Report an Issue” and they will be brought to an online submission portal.
There citizens can click a spot on the map, select an address, describe the issue and even upload a picture.
Submissions will automatically be sent to the appropriate department to be resolved. Status updates are provided on the portal. The City of Wells appreciates resident help in keeping an eye out on the city!
