Two people were sent to the hospital after an accident involving an SUV and a Semi Friday morning on Interstate 90 in Faribault County.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the accident happened shortly before 8:15am, about a mile east of Frost. The Patrol says a 202 Toyota Rav 4 driven by 76 year old Mark Kragel of Clear Lake, Iowa and a 2023 Wilx Semi, driven by 64 year old Tanner Mohamed of Fitchburg, Wisconsin, were both westbound on Interstate 90 when the vehicles collided.
Kragel and a passenger, 74 year old Twylah Kragel of Clear Lake, were taken to the Blue Earth Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Mohamed was not injured.
The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office and the Frost Fire and EMS assisted at the scene.
