The Wells City Council acknowledged a leaky roof in City Hall during their last council meeting and is prepared to replace the roof altogether.
The estimated cost to replace the roof is estimated to be between $132,000 and $166,000. The council received a bid for around $11,000 to repair the leaky roof, but would like to get more bids before making a decision.
The Council didn’t intend to replace the roof until 2025 or 2026.
