B.E. Council Receives Status Update on the 3 Sisters Buildings from the City Attorney

During Monday night’s Blue Earth City Council meeting, City Attorney David Frundt updated the Council on the status of the Three Sisters buildings on Main Street.

Frundt said that the Project 3 Sisters organization has expressed interest in returning the buildings to the city and are asking that the council accepts the funds they spent renovating the buildings as a donation to the city.

The Council agreed that they would like to take back the buildings if offered the opportunity.  As for the donations accepted for gift, the Council would like to determine the true and verifiable amount of money the organization claims to have invested in the buildings.
