An Elmore Woman was injured in a one vehicle accident on westbound Interstate 90 in Faribault County on Thursday afternoon.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a Chevy Tahoe, being driven by 45 year old Maria J. Dotseth, was westbound on I-90, at approximately 1:06 pm Thursday, when she lost control of the vehicle on the snow and ice covered road. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled over at milepost 115 in Jo Daviess Township.
Dotseth suffered non-life threatening injuries in the accident and she was transported to UHD in Blue Earth for treatment. The State Patrol reported the Dotseth was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The Faribault Sheriff’s Department, Blue Earth Fire Department and UHD Ambulance assisted the State Patrol at the scene.
