BEA School Foundation to Hold Their Maroon and Gold Gala Fundraiser on Saturday

On Saturday, November 19th, the Blue Earth Area School Foundation will be holding it’s Maroon and Gold Gala, it’s biggest fundraiser of the year.  The Gala will feature music, drinks, food, charitable donations, live auctions and more.

The Maroon and Gold Gala’s focus is to raise money for events and supplies in the Blue Earth Area School District, with an emphasis on forging memories for the students in the district.  Averaging $31,000 in donations a year, the budget allows the foundation to fund experiences such as 5th & 7th grade retreats, the 6th grade trek, field trips to Center Creek Orchard, the Science Museum, Ordway History Center and more and it’s all funded by the generosity of the community.

Join the Blue Earth Area School Foundation this Saturday, November 19th, at Average Joe’s Bar and Grill in Blue Earth at 7pm for the Maroon and Gold Gala.

Tickets to attend are $50 each and can be purchased in advance from the foundation or at the door on Saturday.
