Heading into the first weekend of October AAA reports that gas prices in Minnesota and Iowa are lower than they were a week ago.
The average gas price in Minnesota is reported at $3.67 a gallon, compared to $3.68 a gallon last week. The average price in Iowa is $3.59 a gallon, compared to $3.63 a week ago.
Mississippi has the lowest average price in the nation at $3.06 a gallon.
The national average price per gallon is currently at $3.79.
