Heading into the second weekend in September, AAA reports that gasoline prices in Minnesota and Iowa are lower than they were a week ago.
The average gas price in Minnesota is reported at $3.67 a gallon, compared to $3.74 a gallon just a week ago.
The average price in Iowa is currently at $3.41 a gallon, compared to $3.48 a gallon the previous week.
Texas had the lowest average price in the nation at $3.19 a gallon.
The national average price per gallon is currently $3.73.
