Going into the 2nd weekend in July, AAA reports that gas prices in Minnesota are down 3 cents from last week, while prices in Iowa are down 8 cents from a week ago.
The average price per gallon in Minnesota is $4.63. The average price per gallon in Iowa is $4.53.
South Carolina had the lowest price in the nation at $4.23 per gallon.
The national average price per gallon is $4.72.
