The Blue Earth City Council met Monday evening and in addition to regular agenda items, the council reviewed a letter from a concerned property owner regarding the conditions of the home located at 510 E 7th Street. After discussing the home’s currant appearance and condition of the property, the council voted to move forward with an inspection of the home.
City Engineer Ben Rosol provided an update on last year’s construction projects, stating that he is moving forward with reviewing punch list items for the projects. Additionally, Rosol reported that Holtmeier Construction will begin work on 1st and 9th Street the first part of May, while utility relocation and preparation will begin this week.
