The Winnebago City Council met Tuesday evening to conduct the final interviews for the City Administrator position. Finalists for the position are Judy Hynes and Robert Harris III.
Winnebago Mayor Scott Robertson says the Council chose to offer the position to Robert Harris III, pending a background check and acceptance of the Council’s compensation package offer.
