Heading into the 4th weekend in January, AAA reports that gas prices in Minnesota and Iowa are up slightly from a week ago.
The average price in Minnesota is $3.16, 4 cents higher than a week ago. In Iowa the average price is $3.15 also up 4 cents a gallon from a week ago.
Mississippi had the lowest average price in the nation at $2.97 a gallon.
The national average price is $3.32 per gallon.
