According to the Faribault Martin County Health and Human Services program there have been 7,168 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Faribault and Martin Counties since the beginning of the pandemic.
For the week of December 26th through January 1st, there were a total of 52 confirmed cases in Faribault County. That’s up 33 from the previous week.
In Martin County, for the same time period, there were a total of 98 confirmed cases, up from 71 the previous week.
Faribault County had 19 people hospitalized with COVID-19 in December and Martin County had 32 during the month.
