Heading into the first weekend in November, AAA reports that gasoline prices in Minnesota and Iowa are higher than last week.
The average price in Minnesota is $3.18 a gallon, compared to $3.15 a week ago. In Iowa, the average price is $3.20 a gallon, compared to $3.19 a week ago.
Oklahoma had the lowest average price in the nation at $3.05 a gallon.
The national average price per gallon is $3.42.
