Work is continuing to progress on a new funeral home which is being build within the Wells Industrial Park.
In April, Nathan and Susan Nasinec, who own and manage the Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells, announced the initial construction of the new Nasinec Funeral Home and Creamatory within the Wells Industrial Park, just off Highway 22.
The project is slated to be completed by the end of this year.
According to the Nasinecs’, the funeral home’s current location Was not suitable for future expansion, therefore, the decision was made to relocate to the industrial park.
In addition to providing regular funeral services, the new building will also have a life events center, which people can utilize, not only for funeral luncheons, but also for reunions, birthdays, anniversaries and other small gatherings.
The contractor for the building project is Miller Architects Inc. of St. Cloud.
