At this week’s meeting, the Winnebago City Council approved a contract for a proposed driveway project at the City’s Water Plant.
The Council approved a bid with Smith Concrete Company for the paving of a new driveway leading to the Water Plant.
The new driveway is designed to help make the entryway to the plant more user friendly for employees, as well as improve overall safety when conditions become icy during the winter months.
