Two Drivers Injured During Sunday Afternoon Collision on Highway 169, North of Blue Earth

Two drivers were injured Sunday afternoon when their vehicles collided on Highway 169, just north of Blue Earth.

 

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 58 year old Kenneth Sann, of Green Bay, Wisconsin was crossing Highway 169, just north of I-90 in a 2018 GMC Terrain, when the vehicle collided with a 2010 Dodge Caliber, driven by 23 year old Nicholas Alphs, of Blue Earth, which was traveling southbound on Highway 169.

 

Sann was treated at the scene, while Alphs was transported to the United Hospital District in Blue Earth for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

 

Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
