Congressman Jim Hagedorn, a republican from Blue Earth, is once again facing recurring health issues.
Hagedorn, who represents Minnesota’s First Congressional District, was diagnosed with advanced kidney cancer in February of 2019.
He underwent treatment and appeared to be cancer free until recent tests revealed that his cancer had returned.
Hagedorn plans to continue treatment at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
He won re-election to a second two year term in November.
