Three People Found Dead Monday Night in Algona

A homicide investigation is currently underway in Northern Iowa after the bodies of three different individuals were discovered by Police Monday night in Algona.

 

Shortly before 8pm the Algona Police Department received a 911 call advising of a homicide in the 400 block of South Harlan Street.

 

Upon arrival, Officers discovered three deceased individuals on the premises.

 

An investigation is currently ongoing.

 

Autopsies will be conducted by the Iowa State Medical Examiner’s Office.

 

Officials say the situation poses no immediate danger or threat to the public.
