A Winnebago man has been arrested and charged with felony assault following an altercation that occurred early Sunday morning in downtown Mankato.
Twenty two year old Jesus Quintero Jr., of Winnebago, was arrested by Mankato Police after officers responded to a report of two men being seriously injured during an assault that occurred on South Front Street.
Police are still looking for a second person, who authorities also assaulted a man out a local bar early Sunday.
At this time, police say it’s unclear what prompted the assault.
