Bricelyn Man Pleads Guilty to Drug Possession Charges in Winnebago County, Iowa

A Bricelyn man has pleaded guilty to drug possession charges stemming from a traffic stop, last August, in Northern Iowa.

 

Michael Kinnecom, of Bricelyn, entered a guilty plea to one count of possession of a scheduled 1 controlled substance, a serious misdemeanor, stemming from a traffic stop in Winnebago County.

 

Kinnecom was sentenced to 2 days in the Winnebago County Jail and ordered to pay a $315 fine, along with surcharges and court costs.

 

He was further ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and follow through with any recommended treatment.
