Two Separate Investigations Leads to the Arrests of Two Emmet County Men

Two Emmet County men have been arrested on drug charges as part of two separate investigations from earlier this month.

The first case began as a traffic stop in Armstrong early last week where further investigation is said have uncovered controlled substances that led to 31 year old Daniel Douglas being taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended.

The second arrest came on Thursday, also in Armstrong, when multiple residents reported their tires had been flattened.  That led police to 49 year old Theodore West who was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and warrants for violating his probation.
