Minnesota Health Officials reported Friday 690 new cases of the coronavirus and 21 more deaths.
According to the Minnesota Department of Health, 7,354 people have died because of the virus. A total of 4,405 of those deaths have occurred in long term care facilities.
A total of 597,731 cases have been confirmed in Minnesota since the pandemic began in March of last year.
