The latest numbers from the Iowa Department of Public Health show seven more Iowans have died from COVID-19 and an additional 284 more Iowans have tested positive for the coronavirus.
The number of new positive COVID-19 tests reported for the time period brings the total number of individuals who have tested positive up to 369,921.
The data shows there have been 6,013 total deaths from the coronavirus in the state so far. Of those deaths, 2,340 were residents of long term care facilities.
A vaccine dashboard on the Department of Health website shows 1,275,754 people are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
