Minnesota Health Officials reported on Monday 589 new cases of the coronavirus and no new deaths.
According to the Minnesota Department of Health, 7,296 people have died because of the virus. A total of 4,390 of those deaths have occurred in long term care facilities.
A total of 595,016 cases have been confirmed in Minnesota since the pandemic began in March of last year.
