Minnesota Health Officials reported on Monday 1,191 new cases of the coronavirus and no new deaths.
According to the Minnesota Department of Health, 7,231 people have died because of the virus. A total of 4,378 of those deaths have occurred in long term care facilities.
A total of 588,952 cases have been confirmed in Minnesota since the pandemic began.
A total of just over 2.6 million people have been vaccinated in Minnesota.
