Minnesota health officials reported on Monday 1,105 new cases of the coronavirus and 3 more deaths.
According to the Minnesota Department of Health, 7,163 people have died because of the virus. A total of 4,370 of those deaths have occurred in long term care facilities.
A total of 580,340 cases have been confirmed in Minnesota since the pandemic began in March of last year.
