Minnesota health officials reported on Wednesday 1,514 new cases of the coronavirus and 22 more deaths.
According to the Minnesota Department of Health, 7,113 people have died because of the virus. A total of 4,358 of those deaths have occurred in long term care facilities.
A total of 572,025 cases have been confirmed in Minnesota since the pandemic began in March of last year.
Though April 25th, Minnesota reports that 2,468,406 people have received at least 1 dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 1,811,171 people have completed their vaccine series.
