On April 1st, County State Aid Highway 31, between 35th St and 85th St, in Faribault County was closed to thru traffic.
Starting on Wednesday, April 28th, construction crews will begin full depth reclamation of the highway. County Engineer Mark Daly said the reclaimed asphalt will be graded and rolled back into place and will become the riding surface until the new bituminous surfacing of the road.
