Minnesota Health Officials reported Monday 1,292 new cases of the coronavirus and 6 more deaths.
According to the Minnesota Department of Health, 7,026 people have died because of the virus. A total of 4,33 of those deaths have occurred in long term care facilities.
A total of 557,665 cases have been confirmed in Minnesota since the pandemic began in March of last year.
