Iowa Reports 168 New Coronavirus Cases and No New Deaths on Monday

The latest numbers from the Iowa Department of Public Health shows no more Iowans have been reported to have died from COVID-19 and there are 168 new cases of the virus in the state.

 

The number of new positive COVID-19 tests reported for time period brings the total number of individuals who have tested positive up to 360,134.

 

The data show there have been 5,881 total deaths from the coronavirus in the state so far.  Of those deaths, 2,301 were residents of long term care facilities.

 

A vaccine dashboard on the Department of Health’s website shows 882,783 people are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
