A Community Notification meeting has been scheduled in Winnebago for Tuesday, March 16th, at 6pm.
According to Minnesota Statutes, the Winnebago Police Department is releasing information regarding Archester Rodger Jr., a level 3 sex offender, who will be moving to Winnebago. He has served his sentence imposed by the courts and is transitioning into the community.
The Community Notification meeting will be held at the Community Center in Winnebago. Because of social distancing, there will be a link to join the meeting remotely. That link will be supplied on the City of Winnebago webpage.
Representatives from the Department of Corrections and Winnebago Public Safety will be available to answer questions and provide information.
