The Iowa Department of Public Health is reporting the deaths of 27 more Iowans from COVID-19 and the positive test results of another 738 Iowans.
The number of new positive tests reported for the time period brings the total number of positive tests up to 327,993.
The data shows there have been 5,223 deaths from the coronavirus in Iowa so far. Of those, 2,131 were residents of long term care facilities.
