Minnesota Health Officials reported on Tuesday 727 new cases of the coronavirus and 8 more deaths.
According to the Minnesota Department of Health, 6,106 people have died because of the virus. A total of 3,877 of those deaths have occurred in long term care facilities.
A total of 456,490 cases have been confirmed in Minnesota since the pandemic began last year. Of those, 440,596 people no longer need to self isolate.
