On Tuesday, former Elmore Mayor Bjorn Olson was sworn in as State Representative, serving District 23-A in Minnesota.
Olson, who won the election last November, said that the swearing in ceremony was the most humbling experience of his entire life and called it an honor to serve the resident of the District at the State Capitol.
District 23-A covers portions of Faribault, Martin, Jackson, Blue Earth and Watonwan Counties.
