Woman Arrested on Lottery Forgery Charges in Kossuth County

A Kossuth County woman has been arrested on lottery related forgery and theft charges. Corn Harvest Nearly Complete in MN & Iowa as Snow and Cold Limit Farmers

Snow and freezing temperatures limited Minnesota farmers to just 3.0 days suitable for fieldwork for the week ending November 20th, according to the USDA.
