A woman was killed when a box truck blew a tire on I-90 near Albert Lea. Five Fire Departments Help Extinguish Winnebago Fire

The Winnebago Fire Department responded to a large structure fire at around 2pm Tuesday at 835 Main Street South.  The Amboy, Blue Earth, Delavan and Easton Fire Departments were also called in to help extinguish the blaze.  Fire Fighters were at the scene for 5 ½ hours. Dry Conditions Sparking Concerns in MN & Iowa, According to the USDA

Producers averaged 6.5 days suitable for fieldwork in Minnesota for the week ending June 18th, according to the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service.
